Simon Lambert

I am a chemical engineer. I did my studies at the Ecole polytechnique de Bruxelles and I graduated in 2018 from the BRUFACE programme in Engineering in Chemistry and Materials Science. I am currently pursuing with a PhD between the EMNS lab (Prof. Kristin Bartik) and the LCO (Prof. Ivan Jabin).

Research interests

My research project focuses on the incorporation of homooxacalix[3]arene receptors for the recognition of ammonium ions in water. The objectives of this project are the contribution to the development of a strategy to transfer hydrophobic receptors in water through incorporation into micelles and the development of these systems for the recognition of primary ammonium ions in water.
