2024 Werdelmann lectureship at the University of Duisburg-Essen awarded to Hennie

Hennie Valkenier has travelled to Essen in December 2024 to give the Prof. Werdelmann lecture at the University of Duisburg-Essen on her research on the “Transmembrane transport of Ions”. She has enjoyed meeting colleagues from Essen and the surrounding universities, teaching the students about ion transport, and interaction with the local PhD students.
