Professor Kristin Bartik has been elected titular member of the Académie royale de Belgique.
Elected on March 4, 2023, Kristin was welcomed, along with the 13 other new members of the 4 classes of the Académie royale de Belgique, during the opening session of the new academic year that took place this September 30.
This election is a wonderful achievement for our colleague, who has not only made significant academic contributions to the field of physical organic chemistry but has also consistently demonstrated a commitment to sharing her knowledge and expertise with her students, colleagues and with the general public.
Kristin's election to the Classe Technologie et Société is an exciting development, and we eagerly anticipate the valuable contributions she will make to the Institution. Congratulations to Kristin on this well-deserved honor!
