Professor Nora Ventosa appointed to the Francqui Chair 2025-26

The EMNS laboratory proposed Professor Nora Ventosa for a Francqui Chair at EPB, and we are delighted to announce her appointment.

Professor Ventosa leads the NANOMOL group at ICMAB-CSIC in Barcelona, where her research spans materials engineering, supramolecular chemistry, process engineering, and biopharmacy, with a focus on nanotechnologies for targeted drug delivery. She will join us in spring 2026 for deliviring a series of lectures.

The public lecture entitled "Engineering nanomaterials for biomedical applications: research and innovation" will be held on March 11.
